What is the best way to detox from alcohol?

 Start by avoiding places you used to go to drink, like clubs, parties, and even friends that encourage you to drink, let them know that you are trying to get better, they'll repect you. If not, then maybe their not worthy of your friendship. Make yourself busy, work out, start playing sports, work, maybe you have a hobby that you use to like before you started drinking or make a new hobby. Whatever, to keep you busy and not think of drinking all the time. A change of lifestyle should do the trick. But if you really have a bad case, you should really join a program and ask for help from family and friends..
